Larry begins his third year coaching with Capital City Rowing. Larry was born and raised in Tallahassee and began rowing his sophomore year (1993) at Leon High School. Larry is a graduate of Florida State University and currently works for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle.
