· *Mentoring* - pairs new rowers and families with returning rowers and families to provide a support system for new rowers and families - provides information and suggestions to returning rowers and families relating to their role as mentors - organizes a parent food table near the rowers tent at regattas - provides information specifically relating to new parents’ questions and concerns to the President, Secretary, and Website committee for posting on the website - represents new parent interests at the Board meetings

· *Regatta Operations* - insures that all regattas are coordinated, staffed, and run smoothly through committee work - communicates with regatta chaperones, volunteers, coaches, captains, boat transporters, and appropriate Board members to ensure appropriate supervision and safety are provided throughout each trip - develops and distributes the regatta portfolio to chaperones to include regatta itinerary, bus itinerary, and hotel rooming list - transports master copies of rower information, waiver forms, permission forms, contact information for chaperones, coaches, and boat transporters	Carroll and Jack Jarrett, Cindy Jones, Chris Minardi

· *End of the Year Rower Yearbook* - coordinates with captains, coaches, and the Board to develop yearbook content - compiles, writes, and edits all yearbook content, including copy related to each regatta or event - prepares photographs related to each regatta or event and inserts photographs on the appropriate page(s), and identifies rowers according to the order they appear in the photograph - prepares or works with a committee member to prepare the yearbook cover - develops as early in the season as possible a mechanism to revise existing information and insert new information, in order to ensure timely yearbook compilation, editing, and finalizing - coordinates Senior, four-year rower, captain, and other special photographs with team photographer for yearbook inclusion - collects and incorporates rower’s yearbook ads within the yearbook - makes recommendations to the Board regarding any changes to existing yearbook format - encourages, explains, and coordinates ad sales submitted for publication in the Capital City Rowing yearbook - provides a brief ad sales presentation at the Capital City Rowing orientation - encourages ad sales through newsletter updates, telephone calls, or other communication reminders up to ad sales deadline
